Logan is such a funny kid, he has such a great sense of humor. He says the funniest things to me and I really need to start keeping track of them on here. We had to cut some cement out around the pool and Jeff took some and made a stepping stone for Logan's hand and when I wrote his name in it he said "can't you put little stinker" he-he he is so funny. I guess we need to stop calling him that. Hard to do, we have been calling him that since Moscow. He is doing so good with his ABC's, he knows all but 3 letter's and can usually count to about 12 by himself and of course all of his colors. We work on these things a couple times a week so not all the time but enough I think. He knows his full name and Vladimir is not an easy one :) He can say hi in Mandarin, Spanish and Russian (that's all I know) we are working on good-bye and thank you in Russian also. He knows our names and the street we live on. He knows all of his shapes so we are starting to work on the harder ones now. My mom walked in last week and she got new glasses, Logan noticed right away and even said nanny there rectangles.
He is still growing like a weed, I think the last couple of weeks he has sprouted up a bit but I haven't checked his height since we went for his 3 yr well visit. His pronunciation and vocabulary amazes me. He has just really started to like movies I think his favorite is Toy Story either one it doesn't make a difference. He is incredible on the computer. I have been thinking about getting him in preschool in the fall but I am so up in the air about it. I have until Monday morning at 9:00 am to make up my mind or his spot is gone, eerrrr, what to do. I think socially he will benefit and taking direction from another adult besides close family is a positive but I am just not sure. I don't want him to get into kindergarten and be bored, plus we do a lot of Mommy and Me things together and I don't want to give that stuff up, what to do, what to do?
We had a play date a couple of weeks ago and the little boy was pretty mean to Logan and scared him pretty bad and my little guy has been a meanie since. I am just not sure what that is all about maybe he is mad at me because he doesn't feel like I protected him I am not sure but man he is being a little stinker to me. He has really started to bond with Jeff lately so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. He always wants me to help him no one else and he actually told me the other day that he wanted Jeff to help him, I almost fell over. Why it broke my heart, I also JUMPED for joy :)

Adoption Ark Picnic
This past weekend we drove to Chicago for a picnic that our adoption agency put on for all the families that have completed an adoption with them. I LOVE Adoption Ark. I am so glad that we decided to go, it was Jeff's idea. I didn't think he would want to go but when I told about it he said he said "let's go". I am always up for a good surprise : )
We got to meet Elina, she was our coordinator at first until she went to Russia to keep up their good standing with the Russian Officials. They make that trip once a year, AA really is great, if you are thinking of adopting check them out. Elina got to meet Logan when he was in the baby-house, she held him and played with him, she sent us our referral of Logan from Russia. I got a little teary eyed when I gave her a hug, of course L thought she was pretty and flirted a bit like he always does with pretty women.
Logan HATED the clown, he said it scared him. I felt bad for him he just wanted to stay outside away from the clown. They had the picnic at a horse farm that also has a petting zoo and a building for parties. They had food, drinks, music, a moonwalk and a hay ride. Every kid got a bucket filled with goodies. We really had a great time and will definitely be going again next year. We hope Kim, Lance and Jackson can make it nest year (hint, hint Kim :) )
I made sure the hotel we stayed at had an indoor pool, Logan and Jeff swam every day including before we left Sunday, check out was not until 12:00. We stayed at Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. That was the longest L has been in a car at one time, he did great. On the way there we stopped at a park for lunch and had a picnic and let him play a while. He never took his nap he stayed awake the whole ride, he was so excited. He did fall a sleep on the way home for about and hour and half so it may the ride a lot faster, we only stopped 3 time's briefly and were on our way :)
Pictures soon, I wanted to update but no time to upload my pics.

Please Stop the Whining
Man he sure is cute but his whining lately is driving me bonkers :-[

Everyone I know with kids that are 5-6 say that 3 was the most difficult age. I totally understand what they are talking about now. I think he is feeling like he still wants to be a baby but he also wants to be a big boy. I'm not sure but his whine is making me nutty. I have done it all, "Logan stop whining and talk to mommy I can't understand you" If you don't stop whining your going to time out" " I know you don't feel good when you whine/cry like that and neither do I" "Logan, tell mommy what you're upset about" I have even did a few holding times but nothing is working. EEEEERRRRRRRRR!!!!He is also testing me, this I know is him just growing up, my gosh my baby is 3!
You should see my kiddo on his bike, it is so funny that he wouldn't pedal last year and now he is tying to ride no handed, he stands up and pedals and he also bounces on it as if he is trying to do a wheelie. Wouldn't that be something a wheelie with training wheels, LOL! Jeff and I have talked about taking his training wheels off and seeing how he does. Is he to young? I have read on some blogs that their kiddo's did around 3-3 1/2. I always thought around 5 and that's what seems to be the "norm" in my neighborhood. OK all you lurkers out there leave me a comment on this one, I want your feedback.
Logan had his 3 year well visit and he definitely did all the catching up that was needed. 97% for weight and she said 78 for height but he was sunk down and twisted trying to see what the heck was on his head so I do not think she got his correct height. I measured him twice at home and he was about 1/2 inch taller here 39 3/4. He answered all Dr. Burton's questions, first and last name, age, boy/girl, etc. and she could understand him clearly. One thing that is so unbelievable to me is how well he pronounces his words. He has problems with S's (very common) but other than that for only talking not even a year yet he talks really well. It was the end of July last year that his speech just exploded.
He is a lot of fun right now also, just watching him explore and study things is so much fun. He is not a sports kid, I think he is more of a cub scout kinda kid. He need to know how everything works, take it apart put it back together, It is something watching him turn into this amazing little person.
Here is something funny. Jeff, I think I forgot to tell you this. The other day we had to call my mom so I let Logan dial the number. He puts the phone up to his ear and I hear him say something which I think is Sheryl B----- please so I asked him what he said and he says "Sheryl B------, please" I laughed so hard and then he says to me what that's her name. I just laughed and said your right. I call my mom at work most of the time because that seems to be where she is always at. How great is that that he picked up on that just from listening, I am still chuckling about that one.

In Total Shock
I got a call the other day to tell me that Laura Cleves was killed by a drunk driver the other night. Laura Cleves was the chief investigator on our criminal case against Orson Mozes/AIP in Santa Barbara, CA. Just from our emails and phone conversations over the past 2 1/2 years I could tell she was an amazing person. Laura was the only one with any authority that listen to me and had compassion about what happened to us. I am afraid if it weren't for her hard work and dedication that Orson would still be in business.
I am in total shock. It looks as if the police responded to a call of a suspicious drunk driver stopped on the road. When they walked to the car the driver took off crossed the double yellow lines into on coming traffic striking Laura's car head on. This girl was only 22, now instead of facing a DUI this girl will spend many years in jail for killing someone. She took someone else's life because of a stupid decision and now she will pay with hers. I am just floored and cannot for the life of me understand how someone could be soooooo stupid. Laura will be missed dearly by all our families in this case, she touched many of our lives with her dedication to helping victims. My heart goes out to her family and friends and may you rest in peace Laura.

Having Fun w/Mr. Cranky Pant's
Some of Logan's art, He writes his name remarkably well for just turning 3. He always forgets the A so I have to remind him but man he's got some skill. I'm proud :)
Logan took this pic. He loves to take pictures and this one turned out pretty good.
Logan and I have been on the go-go. It has been so nice out the past 2 weeks we have been at the park, riding bikes or just going for walks. We love to be out-side and can't get enough of it. Our temps have dropped out of the 70's back into the 50's the past couple of days so we aren't staying out that long but still getting some fresh air. I have noticed with all of the extra things/stimulation we have been doing Logan is being a little stinker :) He was really testing me over the weekend but yesterday and today he seems good. We have been to the Zoo twice already, I think we will be spending a lot of time there. Sunday morning is a great time to go everyone is at church or sleeping in we got there at 10:00 and left about 12:45. There was hardly anyone there at first but by the time we were leaving it was getting pretty packed.
This week is another busy week, today we went to our cousin Jennifer's house to see her new baby. She has Maddie who is just over 2 and Abby who is 3 months. It was a nice visit and Logan played good for the first hour then he wanted to play by himself and Maddie just followed him EVERYWHERE. It was so cute but Logan did not like being followed at all. I told him it was because she liked him and he was the BIG kid, just like he follows the big kids around at the park. He didn't care and wanted her to leave him alone, LOL! We have play-group tomorrow and then on Thursday we have his 3 year check-up. I know we are a month behind. I had to re-schedule it 3 times now for various reasons. I am really looking forward to it. My friend told me it is pretty cool. I wonder how she will judge Logan? I believe he is right where he should be, he caught up really fast.
Another thing that started again the next morning after I posted it a while back is that Logan started sucking his thumb again. I swear I jinx us every time I talk about a mile stone or a step forward on this blog, what the heck. L didn't put his thumb in his mouth for about a month and now it's attached to his face when he has his blanket, UGH! I'm sticking with not saying anything to him about it so we will see how it goes.

What Goes Around Comes Around :)
In short the ass that scammed us on our first attempt to adopt finally has it coming. There is a warrant out for his arrest for 62 counts of felony fraud and that is what he will be charged with if/when he is apprehended. The numbers where staggering, out of the 62 families named in this case 43 of us DID NOT adopt a child with Orson Mozes/Adoption International Program. Only 19 did and out of that 19 only 4 adopted their referral, some families even lost 2-3 referrals or adopted an older child when they had their hearts set on a baby.
Please watch this video it is a news clip done with one of the other families named in the case. Orson's face is in here. He is a wanted man in California so if you see him please contact the Santa Barbara District attorney or the police. Orson has been on the run since last summer so he could be anywhere. The screen is black but it will start once you hit the play button.
Here is a short version of what happened to us. I summed it up because believe me it is very long and sad. I never really got into it here because this blog was set up after the heartache we endured with AIP and started the process to adopt Logan.
I sent this to a reporter in California today, she wrote a story on this and she has been looking to talk to more families.
Hi Kathleen, My name is Dawn J.
I Know that you have done a piece on this whole mess with AIP/Orson mess. I am an ex-client of his from back in 2004/2005. We also have a heartbreaking story as with many others and are one of the 62 plaintiffs in the case. We were strung along, lied to, belittled and delayed for months with Orson. He eventually let us travel to Kazakhstan only to tell us the day after we landed that our son (referral)was no longer available. Orson had assured us the day before we left the US that our son was waiting for us. We were trying to prepare ourselves for this because we were hearing all over the internet that NO ONE was adopting their referrals with AIP and having difficult times in Kazakhstan once there.
Well they did not even know what to do with us once we finally did get there. They kept us in one region for 3 days then made us pay hundreds of dollars more to fly to another region of Kazakhstan only to find out that there were no children for us to adopt there either or so the Orphanage director said. We set out on adopting two children under the age of 2 and came home with out our babies to an empty nursery.
I set out on a crusade myself back in June of 2005 to get this man shut down. I contacted all people in authority in the US Government and the Kaz Gov. I reached out online in different chat group's, I spoke to many people, I was trying to get the word out. I emailed the media and then finally I was contacted back by Ms.Laura Cleves, we talked for about an hour and she decided to open the case against Orson. Unfortunately not enough people came forward back then but she kept this case open, thank God.
When I found Dawn D's. blog and I was reading her horrible story and I realized that she was with AIP/Orson. I reached out to her and gave her all of my contact info I had. I forwarded a link to her blog to Ms. Cleves, and told her that Orson was up to it again and she started taking another look at things. Dawn D. contacted Laura and then did something very smart, she started a yahoo group to stop Orson Mozes. Well the word got out and now after all of these years my family is going to get justice :) I am so proud of all the families that have finally come together as a group and made things happen. We are no longer victims and there will be no more victims because of Orson.

Spring has finally arrived
The weather has finally broke around here and things are getting warmer. I have flowers that have bloomed and the grass is getting green, AAHHHHHH! I love the warm weather :) I can't wait until all of my plants are looking good.
We took advantage of it today, we went to the zoo this morning and then this afternoon I took Logan to this amazing park. A couple of friends have told me about it but I never went, well we will definitely go back. When we pulled up Logan said "mommy lets go there it looks fun" my boy is so cute and he was right. We had a blast and he was really good. This park is right on the lake so it was a bit cooler there, I am glad we had our hoodies on. At the zoo today we actually got to see some butterflies mating, I guess I didn't realize they did the nasty :) The guide told us they have no host plant so there will be no babies. Learn something new everyday :)

About a half an hour after we got home L ran up to me and gave me a big hug and kiss and said "mommy, thank you for taking me to the park today" what a sweetie, he is maturing daily. The other day we were going to the store and he says "I'm frustrated" I was thinking you don't even know what that means until I turn around and he is sitting there with both hands on his cheeks with this look like eerrr on his face. How funny is he.
Our play group started back up Weds morning and I am thinking about putting L in gymnastics. A couple of the other Mom's at play-group have their kiddies in it and they assured me that he would not be the only boy. In everything we have been in there are many more girls than boys. In play-group this time there are only 2 other boys and they are about 1 1/2 younger. I am going to talk to Donna the teacher there and see if we can switch to the 10 o'clock because there are a few more boys in it. We stopped going to the library because the librarian was VERY boring that did the tot-time. I am looking into other things also but we did buy our yearly pass to the zoo so we will probably hang out there more this year. I am hoping to get a park pass again this year to the park by my SIL house that has a great water/splash zone and a great play ground.

A True Tragedy
On Tuesday afternoon April 8th, around 2:00 pm there was a fatal accident involving 4 teens in my area, 3 died. 2 of the young men who passed lived on my street, one just 5 houses down. I really didn't know him but have said hi to him many times, I have chatted with his parents a couple of times also. The driver of the pick-up is our friends son. James is a wonderful young man, he actually helped take care of our house when we were on our trips for our adoption. He is in critical condition now and needs all of our thoughts and prayers. He is going to have a very long road of recovery ahead of him, not only physically but mentally and emotionally also.
I am not going to say to much about the details of the accident and what happened because first, it is all speculation right now. However, I do know that there was no alcohol involved and they were on there way home from school. The police say it is going to take at least 2 weeks to reconstruct the accident and figure it out, I am telling you it was a HORRIFIC sight. Second, I can't get the picture of that truck out of my mind. Third, Jeff only talked to our friend for a brief moment the morning after the accident to let him know we are here for them if they need anything. We will make our way to the hospital early next week, I know they have a lot going on medical wise. There are a lot of classmates right now visiting their friend and showing love and support to him and that is what he needs right now. Fourth, I have read and watched about 10 different versions of what happened, the reporters have all given their own spin on things and have reported the story very badly I think, except one.
I wasn't sure if I even wanted to talk about this on my blog because it is such a sad thing but this has really hit home and touch me deeply. My heart is aching for all of these families, I hope they can find a way get some closure and heal. I really feel that way for all of us around here, I was shopping today and I heard people talking about it all over in the store. I know it has definitely impacted me deeply. Please say a prayer, send a good thought or what ever your choice of words are to all of these families and my community.

New Bike = Happy Boy!
Logan got a new bike, he is way to big for his trike from last year. We took some things back that he got for his B-day that he already had and got him a bike. He loves it. We've been crazy and have been letting him ride it around the house for a few days. It has been cold, wet and windy so we have been couped up plus it really is small. Blue and Yellow his favorite colors. Today we did get a chance to get out and he peddled like crazy. Last year he would pedal every once and a while, he usually scooted around on his trike out of pure laziness ; ) We went pretty far today and got him some good fresh air. He was getting pretty fast in the house so it had to get out, he has definitely mastered it.
How cute is my boy : )

Meijer had a kids day going on and all sorts of things to do. Logan got to throw a ball thru a hole, he won a pin just what a 3 years old needs. He also got to have his picture taken and put into a cool baseball card. It came on one of those things you hang around your neck, he loved it. We had no idea any of this was going on we just went to pick up a few things so it was fun. Also for all of you digital photo people out there they have 10 cent print going on until Saturday. Meijer has this special every couple of months. I always take advantage of it usually getting around 3-4 hundred prints for around 14 buck, GREAT DEAL.
So is it just coincidence or do I always jinx my little man. He woke up the very next morning of my last post about no thumb sucking and sucked his thumb off and on all day. Jeff and my friend Tania say it's probably because his lip hurts and he needs the comfort. Unfortunately he is making it worse because it won't dry out, I talked to him a lot about it yesterday and I haven't seen his thumb back in his mouth today. We will see how it goes the next couple of days. I am not going to say anything to him about it again, he will let it go on his own.

My Poor Boy is Cursed : (
Poor Logan has a huge cold sore/fever blister. The other day He told me his lip hurt but there was nothing there but it was a little puffy. Well, when he got him up from his nap there was a cluster of tiny blisters, OOHHHHHHH my poor baby. I I have ALWAYS gotten them ALWAYS and I have been VERY careful the 2 times that I have had one since Logan has been home. I have not had one in several months so I know I am not the cause, thank God I would feel awful. I know how painful and YUCKY they feel :( not to mention how they look.
I thought when we were still in Moscow that L got one but with his Chicken Pox it was hard to tell. It had appeared several days after all of his spots were in place and it was between his nose and lip that's why it was really hard to tell. It took forever to heal just as a cold sore would if it was not treated. I feel so bad that he has to go through the rest of his life with this. I got a script for him and it looks pretty good for only 2 days. I got it when I went to the Dr. for my yearly check up but never filled it. I called L's Ped and she said it was fine to use it on him, I was very happy to hear that, she said I could use Abreva also. I filled the script, I was shocked when my part after insurance was $25.00 it was a little 1 oz tube of cream. WELL WORTH It, it works great and I wish I would have asked her for something years ago.
In other news Logan has pretty much STOPPED sucking his thumb, this is so HUGE. He no longer needs that security, YAHOO for you Logan! Jeff and I have never really said anything to him about it. I have read several times to ignore it and it will go away on its own and usually faster than if you push the issue. Plus that was his soother when he was all alone and scared in the baby-house that's what made him feel better. Just before he turned 3 it just stopped. He really only did it when he had his blanket or at bed time. It was not like he had his thumb in his mouth all of the time. My Step-mom never even knew he did until we were in Florida this past January. I have seen him still sucking it a few times when he is sleeping and I check on him before bed but I have not seen his thumb in his mouth for over a month other than that. I kept forgetting to post about it and then when I have remembered a couple of times I decided not to talk about it because I have a tendency to jinx myself.

Sick & Clingy
It has been a VERY LONG 10 days with my little man. He has been sick so of course he is clingy and whiny. I am so over the whiny voice, it has made it's way under my skin and I am trying to stay patient : ) I hope he loses the runny nose soon, his cough is almost all gone but still there a little.
I took off for a day last weekend to see some friends in Ohio, we had a lot of fun as we usually do. I brought it up that next year is our 20 year class reunion and I was told to shut up. No one wants to believe that it has been almost 20 years, HOLY COW! I cannot believe it myself but I think we all look pretty good for our age. I am really looking forward to our reunion because most of the people I went to school with I haven't seen since my Senior year because I moved out of state. I have stayed in contact with a few of my best friends from high-school, well I have known them since I was 14 so for the majority of my life and I am so glad that we have stayed close all these years living hours away from each-other.
Logan is growing like a weed, not only in height and inches but mentally and emotionally also. I weighed and measured him the other day and he is now almost 37 pound and he is just under 40 inches. He measures about 96% for both on the growth charts, a far cry from the 3% when he came home just 1 1/2 years ago. He weighed only 19 lbs and was only 29 3/4 inches tall. I still can't get over how much he has changed : )
Another BIG mile stone for L is he has now officially been with us for longer than he was in the baby-house.

Logan's 3rd B-day Party!
We had a great time. Logan was so funny, every-time the doorbell rang or someone knocked he ran to the door saying "my family/friends are here, just in time". He was so fired up and excited, I told my Mom he was like a ping-pong ball. Logan got a lot of great gifts and some money also that we put right in the bank. I took a few things back that he already had or didn't fit and we bought him a new bike. He has out-grown his tricycle and is definitely ready for a big-boy bike w/some training wheels. He bounced from a few different gifts all day yesterday, he went in a circle from his scooter that he told me was his favorite gift, to his Keyboard, to the Moon sand and his Leap pad that he got. Today he was playing with all of them but also included a giant Fire truck that he got.
His cake turned out better than I had hoped and it tasted great also. The party went well. We had a little hiccup when Jeff went to get the pizza, they lost our order so he had to go elsewhere but oh well what can ya do. Logan had a great time and so did his guest.
My friend Allyson who lives in California sent Logan a beautiful quilt that she made him and he absolutely LOVES it. Allyson said her son wanted it and I can see why, she did a wonderful job on it. He got it in the mail on Monday (or Tues?) and he has slept with it every night since. It matches his room perfectly. Thank you Allyson it is a wonderful gift and he will treasure it forever as will I. I will tuck the card away so he can appreciate what you wrote inside when he is old enough to understand
: )
Happy 3rd B-day, baby! I love being your Mommy and I feel so honored that the stars all lined up for us to become a family when they did. You are such a wonderful little guy, I have no doubt you are going to grow up to become a great man with a heart of gold.

What a Great B-day, Fun was had by All!
We started our day at home, Logan opened some gifts, he is so funny he opened some puzzles and he said "oh, just what I needed". We got him the Candy Land Castle and he seems to really like that to, he knew exactly what it was when he opened it, darn commercials. We got him a kids digital camera and some rain boots that we are giving him at his party tomorrow. I think he will love the boots and is going to want to go stomp in some puddles right away : ) I know he is going to LOVE the camera, he really likes to take pictures and I really don't let him play w/my camera. We had lunch at home and then we left around nap time. Logan only slept for about an hour but that was enough.
We headed off to Zehnder's Splash Village in Frankenmuth, MI. what a great place. I highly recommend taking your kids here if they are over 2 1/2 to 3 years old. I think if you want to go somewhere with a child under 2 1/2 to go the the Bavarian Inn just down the street. Logan LOVED it, we played, played and played some more. We got there around 3:00 went to the arcade at the Bavarian Inn, played games, Putt-putt and then got dinner. We got back to the room around 6:30 and we went to the water park. It was a little cold but that didn't stop Logan. We called it a night around 8:00 and went back to our room. Of course we went back to the water park in the morning before we headed home and played for about an hour. We had such a great time, two thumbs up to Zehnder's we will definitely go back.
I am not sure what Logan liked the best. He loved walking in the Lazy River, it came up to his chest and he thought he was the coolest thing ever walking all by himself in the water. He wanted to go down one of the big slides so Jeff took him, they came out of that tube like a rocket and flipped right over. Logan did not like it and neither did Jeff he said it was really hard to hold onto Logan. I am proud of Logan that he even wanted to try, I didn't even go down one. He was fine but he definitely was not going to try it again. He liked the Hot tub also but you know you can only stay in a few minutes, he really enjoyed the giant bucket that fills up and tips water out, I think it hold like 500 gallons and this cow bell goes off to warn you it's happening. Every time Logan heard it he wanted to go get under it so he would get splashed, he and Daddy really enjoyed that, I stayed away ;)

Happy 3rd birthday, Logan
We are off on a little adventure to celebrate Logan's 3rd b-day. I'll let you all know what we did and post some pics when we get back.
Here are Logan's 3 year pics. they turned out really nice thank God. I made 2 different appointments because he has been so uncooperative the last time getting them taken so I wanted to be covered plus I had some great coupons. We went to "My Photographer" first they had real bunnies. I normally would not take Logan for pics for Easter but since it is just after his b-day this year why not throw a few in.
Well he did not want to take his pics but we manage to get 2 good pics at My photographer. Logan was doing everything he could to not smile, he made all kids of funny faces trying not to laugh or smile, what a stinker. I got such a great deal at "Portrait Innovations" that we went there to and I am so glad we did, she took 76 pictures they were all good but I had already bought the pics form My Photographer because Logan was not being very corporative and I just wasn't sure. I later found out that Logan was sick still and he actually had Roseola, he had a high fever for 2 days and then the rash showed up the day after the fever broke which happen to be the day we went for pictures. I did not know this at the time or we would have stayed home. Any ways, I'm glad we kept our appointment for Tuesday because they did such a great job. I could have bought all of the pictures at Portrait Innovations but we only got 3 different ones.
I have good and bad things to say about all the places we have been for pics so I am saving that for it's own post.
Look's like a school picture, how cute : ) Jeff had to have this one

They Saved Our Egg Hunt : )

We went on an egg hunt with Debra and Alec this past Saturday, we got some really bad weather just like last year. Our weather was nothing like in Ohio, my friend in Columbus said they reported 20.7 inches from Friday morning till about midnight on Saturday, OMG! We got about 3 inches but had very strong winds and blowing snow, you know the kind where the road just disappears while driving. It was only about 20 degrees but with the wind it felt more like 5. We thought what the heck we'll only be outside for a few and we could deal with that. We were so happy when we got there and we found out they moved it inside, YAHOO! I know it would have better if we would have been outside because the egg's were just kinda laying around but the boy's really didn't care and we were all happy about being inside : )
I am not sure if I like where we went this year or last better. I am sure if Easter was in April like it usually is it would be beautiful at the farm we went to yesterday. But the nursery where we went last year is beautiful and I kinda like how they did it inside, they had eggs stuck inside flower heads and in pots, it was a lot of fun (see archive March 07). I think it is usually outside there also but the weather was bad that day. Logan and I are going to go to my Mom's subdivision in 2 weeks for there Egg Hunt so I hope it is nicer by then.
Logan said some really cool things to me last night. I left for a little while and when I got back he told me he was glad that I was home, and then when I took him to bed he said to me "Mommy I love you the best" that is the FIRST time Logan has told me he loved me first. I always say Logan I love you and he will say "I love you mama" but he has never told me he loved me first, it was such a wonderful feeling : )
